About Doctor Arun

Some journeys begin with a single choice. For Dr. Arun, it was the choice to dedicate his life to helping people face cancer with courage, clarity, and compassion.

Over the past decade, he has walked alongside people battling cancer.

What makes his approach different is not only the treatment of targeted drugs, immunotherapy, and genomic-guided therapies, but also the way he weaves them into conversations that are open and compassionate. For Dr. Arun, every treatment plan is shaped as much by the tumour’s biology as by the hopes, fears, and goals of the person in front of him.

His foundation in oncology was built at the renowned Adyar Cancer Institute, where he graduated with a Gold Medal, and was further enriched by a fellowship in the United Kingdom. Today, at Aster Medcity, he combines this global training with a down-to-earth, patient-first philosophy of care.

Every day in his practice, Dr. Arun is reminded that cancer care is not just about fighting a disease; it’s about walking a shared journey, where science, empathy, and humanity meet.
